"This was the second to last workout for the week and it was left to me. I had to do a Cardio workout of my choice for twenty-five minutes plus twenty walking lunges. You know me; I’d be running on the street or the treadmill. The weird thing is that I felt pretty ill for most of the day. I took a new painkiller for stomach cramps that worked a bit too well and left me drowsy. A short nap didn’t help much and it was already sundown before I downed a Lucozade to kick-start my energy.
