My Fitness Revolution Days 351 to 352: here’s to the weekend!
"Every Saturday I like to try out a new workout and this week it was Class Fitsugar’s Crossfit Tabata Workout: Squats and Push-Ups with Shirley Brown.  I’ve wanted to try CrossFit for a while and quite frankly, chickened out on their CrossFit Full Body Workout because I’m pretty sure that I wouldn’t be able to walk without crying afterwards.  That doesn’t mean I’ll never do it, but just not on Day 351.  The workout didn’t happen until late in the night but…”
